Your NueStream warranty covers any manufacturing defects or product faults that arise under normal use within 12 months of your purchase date. This includes the HydroPulse™ handheld unit, the StreamLock™ wall mount, and all components supplied in the box.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse,accidental damage, or failure to follow the setup guide. It does not cover general wear and tear or damage resulting from use outside of the product's intended purpose.

Your warranty begins on the date your order is placed and remains valid for 12 months. We recommend keeping your order confirmation email as proof of purchase date when making a claim.

To make a warranty claim, email us directly with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 2 business days. Warranty is valid for UK purchases only
